Involved in the raising of US$ 100m for an Indonesian real estate player.

Description of Contributions

Key work done include:

  • Writing the financial section of the IM based on the valuation model

  • Preparation of client presentation material and logistics

  • Keeping track of investors contact list / feedback

Value-Add
  • Turned around Chris' explanations into client-friendly presentations on my own initiative

  • Preparation of detailed trading and transaction comps as part of standard practice

  • Took ownership of the transactions' ins-and-outs, making sure that we were well-prepared for each meeting, especially with those we stood a good chance with
