After consultation with Tommy and colleagues, I decided to organize an elementary course for the team, utilizing the Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) grant where TC Capital pays only a portion of the total course fee
Interestingly, our tutor Pak Haneef is also teaching the wife of Elliot, who used to be with TC last time.
Objectives Met
The overall feedback has been positive, with at all participants stating that they have gained some basic knowledge on Bahasa Indonesian and an appreciation of its cultural etiquette which could be helpful in future dealings in Indonesia. Key objectives met include:
Establishing a connection and trust with Indonesian counterparts.
