Originally started working on the Ascendas-Singbridge part of the transaction, but subsequently focused on the Surbana-Jurong as it began to gain momentum.

 

I was involved in the day-to-day requirements of the transaction, with my key contributions in

  • Scenario-based financial statement model

  • Justification of book value valuation, etc.

 

Credit to Tong Ji, Aryanish and Roshan for their guidance and help whilst I was away.
